We’ve teamed up with AMRRIC - Animal Management in Rural & Remote Indigenous Communities and created a unique box of essential items which are extremely difficult to source within these areas and are critical for the health and wellbeing of pets.

AMRRIC is an amazing team whose vision is to see Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities that are healthy and safe for people and their companion animals.

Companion animals are recognised as being intrinsic to the fabric of the community. Their health and wellbeing is inseparable from that of humans. AMRRIC supports these communities by providing veterinary services into areas with no access as well as animal related education, advocacy and research.

The requirements in these areas are vastly different to that of a shelter or other welfare group that we are working with so the contents of these boxes reflect that. The contents may change slightly depending on the needs at that time but in general the boxes will contain the following for both cats and dogs:

• Basic toys

• Flea, Tick, Worming medications

• Collar and leads

• Food and treats

You gift the box, write your personal message to the team and community on checkout and we will pick, pack and deliver directly to them on your behalf, postage is on us. Your personal message will be included on a handwritten card in the box.

AMRRIC will make sure your gift gets to the animals in the communities who need them most and will send us photos which we will share on our social media so make sure you follow us to get some warm fuzzies!
