Shipping Information

All non-subscription products will be packed and shipped the next business day via standard courier service.

All subscription products are delivered out in the 3rd week of each month

Shipping charges

• Poo Bags and other super light items will be charged $6.95; all other items are charged by weight - refer below.

  • < 2kg $11.90

  • 2.1 - 5kg $14.45

  • 5.1 - 10kg $20.95

  • 25kg < $27.95

• Shipping on all welfare boxes will be covered by Crazy Critters Toy Box

Easy Returns & Exchanges

The products that we range and select for our subscription boxes are fit for purpose and durable but not indestructible. Instructions for use must be followed and animals should always be supervised when interacting with a toy or tool.

If a product is noted as damaged or incorrect upon initial receipt of the delivery please immediately notify us by emailing photos to seven@crazycritterztoybox.com.au as well as a brief summary of the problem and order number. Where a product is determined to be faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit we will provide an exchange via redelivery.

In some instances we will require the original product to be returned, please do not discard the product until we have advised that we will not require it back.
